We will want to speak

so that we can incorporate the latest

Audio
Purchaser will provide a professional
sound system appropriate for the venue.
We needs a cordless, lapel microphone (Wireless
Lavalier). No headset microphones. (Please
have extra batteries available.)
- Most hotels/convention centers will provide
a 4-channel mixer. This works great. |

Lights
Magic in the dark is lousy! The
speakers area must be well-lit. Remember
that magic is a visual art and must be easy-to-see
to be successful. In order to assure success,
our speakers must be in bright lights.
- Arrange for a general stage wash. |

Room
Setup
The distance from the first row
of seats/tables to the stage should be no
more than 8'.
*Platform: Our speakers will need to perform
on a raised platform. At least 18”
off the ground. For larger groups, higher
is better. No smaller than 8’ x 8’,
though at least 16’ x 8’ is
preferred. |

Table
We will need a very small table
for use on stage. “Safety Lock”
AV/projector tables are perfect. They are
small black tables with screw on legs to
hold projectors, etc. But Hiten can use
any table. Approximate size should be 3’
wide by 2’ deep x 3 ‘ tall. |

Video
Magnification
For especially large groups (over
450-500 people) arrange for video magnification.
