make basic payment for the CGS’s cost and the balance will be paid in the form
of equity stake.
CGS Infotech will develop and
manage such project as a responsible and result-oriented partner. CGS will
provide key technological and marketing expertise. CGS will just charge small
cash-expenses & development charges.
Following will be the broad terms
of partnership.
Equity
Stake:
CGS will get 25-40 % equity stake
in the project and will contribute towards the technological excellence and
marketing effectiveness.
Initial Development Cost &
Cash-Expenses:
CGS
will charge basic development expenses as decided by the CGS Project
Leader.
